Malaga is the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, one of the greatest painters, sculptors, draftsmen and graphic artists of the twentieth century. That is why a museum was built in his honor, which has around two hundred works and is also an indicator of all his painting phases. It is located next to the house where Picasso grew up, on the Plaza de la Merced.
